Carnival: The carnival area is set up and open for family fun early Friday evening until about 10pm, opening again on Saturday morning about 10am until 4-5 pm.
Free Children’s Area: The free children’s area is filled with family activities. The 2014 Free Children’s Area included a barrel train, airbrush tattoos, pony rides, petting zoo, tricycle obstacle course and much, much, more! Stay tuned to see what is in store for 2015!

Children’s Theater Stage: At the 2014 Festival, our friends from Theater Tech Productions provided us with awesome entertainment. Plans are already in the works for 2016!
The Car Show: C.A.R.B (Central Auto Racing Booster) puts on a fabulous car show with more than 50 race cars for kids and adults alike to get a taste of auto racing. In 2014, C.A.R.B also gave away 3 bicycles!
Complete appropriate vendor Food/Beverage Application and a Hold Harmless Agreement (provided by Ms. Borders) and submit appropriate fees ($200.00 for commercial or $100.00 for Non-profit organizations) and insurance information. All participants (including 501c3) are required to provide proof of insurance liability in the amount of $1,000,000.00 showing the City of North Kansas City, NT Realty, NKC Hospital & Northland Festivals, Inc. as additional insured pursuant to the attached insurance requirements. Your insurance certificate must accompany your application. Complete the application in its entirety and mail along with your check and insurance verification to: Northland Festivals, Inc., 320 Armour Road, Suite 220 North Kansas City, MO 64116. The deadline for submitting all paperwork is February 15, 2016.
Secure a food permit from the Clay County Health Department. Deadline to obtain a food permit is February 28, 2015.
