Release & Waiver of Liability: I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE CHARITY COOK-OFF AND NORTHLAND FESTIVALS, INC., AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY. In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and fully release any and all rights and claims for damages and/or losses I may have against the Annual Snake Saturday Parade & Festival, Charity Cook–Off Committee, NT Realty, Inc., The City of North Kansas City, Northland Festivals, Inc., NKC Hospital and their agents, successors, employers, employees and servants for claims caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts of other participants, and I do agree to fully release, indemnify and hold them harmless.

Further, I hereby grant full permission to Northland Festivals, Inc. and the Charity Cook-Off Committee and/or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event perpetually for any legitimate purpose.
