Vendors & concessions

Bring your booth to the festival.

The festival area is built for kids and families, right next to the parade route. Arts and crafts, nonprofits, businesses and food vendors are welcome, as long as the booth is fun, family-friendly and fits the theme.

How it works

Apply, get approved, then pay.

1

Apply

Tell us what you'll sell. Booth applications close Wednesday, February 17, 2027. The food concession deadline is to be confirmed.

2

Get approved

Event staff review every application and follow up by email.

3

Pay and prepare

Pay your fee, send your insurance certificate, and food vendors get their permit from the Clay County Health Department.

9 a.m.

Be set up

Roads close for the parade, so every booth must be ready by 9 a.m. Booths are on concrete, so bring weights for your tent. Concessions sit east of Fayette, north of 18th.

Weather matters: great weather usually means great crowds. Fees are not refunded; the festival happens rain, sleet, snow or sunshine.
