Release & Waiver of Liability: I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE CHARITY COOK-OFF AND NORTHLAND FESTIVALS, INC., AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY. In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my minor children, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and fully release any and all rights and claims for injuries, damages, and/or losses I may have against the Snake Saturday Parade & Festival, Armour District LLC., Cedar Ridge Services LLC, The City of North Kansas City, Northland Festivals, Inc., NKC Health, and their agents, successors, employers, employees and servants for claims caused in whole or in part by my participation in the parade and festival and I do hereby agree to fully release, indemnify and hold said parties harmless from any and all liabilities and/or damages they may sustain or incur, including attorney fees and court costs, as a result of my said participation in said parade and festival.

Further, I hereby grant full permission to Northland Festivals, Inc. and the Snake Saturday Parade & Festivals committees and/or agencies authorized by them to use photographics, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
