Charity Cook–Off – March 13th 2026

If you love to grill steaks and support a local 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, then the Snake Saturday Charity Cook-Off is an event you don’t want to miss! This year, it begins at 5 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2026, the evening before the Snake Saturday Parade. Registration is just $25, and steaks will be provided.

This year’s theme is Kicks & Kilts

A total of $6,000 in prize money will be distributed to Cook-Off participants, thanks to our sponsor North Kansas City Hospital. Top prize is $1,000, and every nonprofit is guaranteed at least $100! Tens of thousands of dollars have benefitted organizations in the Kansas City area over the past two decades.
