Snake Saturday 2020 planning has begun in earnest with the announcement of the 2020 Theme, “Shamrock Shindig” at the Northland Festivals Annual Meeting, held September 18, 2019 at the North Kansas City Park and Recreation Center. Planning and committee meetings are set to make this next year’s event even better.
• The Parade and Festival will be on March 14, 2020.
• The annual Charity Cookoff will be on March 13, 2020.
• The annual Grand Marshal Celebration, where the 2020 Grand Marshal is official announced, will be held on March 5, 2020 at Harrah’s North Kansas City Convention Center.
• The traditional Lad and Lassies contest will be on March 7, 2020 at the North Kansas City Park and Recreation Center.
Registration for the 2020 parade will open on November 1, 2019 on the website www.snakesaturday.com.
